Design

Our highly experienced and creative design team based in Barcelona&İstanbul leads to fabric and garment collections collaborating with global fashion brands. They develop fast fashion fabrics and apparel.

Manufacturing

We specialized in jacquard knitted fabrics with 120 jacquard machines and our production capacity reaches 9.000.000 meters annually. We have the most comprehensive machine range in jacquard between 6 GG - 30 GG. For this reason, we serve many local and world-famous brands with a wide variety of knitted qualities. Our strong presence in global textile markets provide us to manufacture fabric that meets aspirational standards on aesthetics, performance, lead time, consistency and price.

Finishing

In order to provide fast, affordable and high-quality service to our customers, we established our own washing and finishing factory in 2022 in Muratlı Tekirdağ. We also have advanced garment washing, dyeing and finishing capabilities with a network of contracted factories.

Garment

Our strategy is focused on speed, innovation, and digitalization in fashion design, development, sourcing, and manufacturing at the core of what we do. Akcam design, develop and manufacture a wide range of menswear, womenswear, and kidswear product including tailoring, formal, casual, outerwear,& leisurewear, and sportswear as well as brand licensing products.

Sustainability

Akçam cares about social and environmental compliance. Therefore we create our sustainable supply chain. We follow all the social audits and certificates (BSCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, ISO14000, Sedex) with our experienced teams.

Digitalization

We have the app “AKCAM FABRIC MATCH”, our clients are able to match any photo or inspiration with artificial intelligence from any of our 20.000 fabrics in our library. Simple to use, just to download from IOS or Android.
